With over 20 years in Oral Health Services, my career as a Dental Therapist-Hygienist spanned clinical care, teaching, research, and management in both community and hospital settings.
I’ve lived the stress, the pressure, and the quiet rewards of working in the healthcare profession.
Now, I bring that experience to support you—not just in theory, but as someone who truly understands.
Because your journey toward balance and well-being deserves that depth—so you can find your rhythm again, and thrive from the inside out.
Driven by my passion for health, wellness, and personal growth, I’m committed to lifelong learning—so I can share my knowledge and experience in meaningful ways with others.
I’ve trained in gentle, trauma-informed, science-backed methods proven effective for stress reset and the promotion of well-being—including Hypnotherapy, NLP, Havening®, and HeartMath®.
I continue to deepen my expertise through professional associations and forward-thinking organizations such as Mindvalley and Learning Strategies.
This ongoing journey allows me to meet you where you are—and support you as you reconnect with your true self.
Music is at the heart of who I am—and one of my favorite ways to unwind.
Over the years, my escape has often been through the Seychelles Conservatoire of Music or the Seychelles National Orchestra, where I learned to play classical instruments including the clarinet, saxophone, piano, guitar, and drums.
That musical journey helped me build lasting friendships and create unforgettable moments of joy, laughter, and fun.
Beyond music, I also enjoy reading, dancing, traveling, sightseeing, hiking adventures, and cherishing happy moments with family and friends—times that bring me back to myself: present, playful, and alive;
Because unwinding isn’t just about resting—it’s about reconnecting with what lights you up.
From a young age, I’ve found quiet fulfillment in compassionate service—beginning as a Girl Guide, then as a participant in the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Scheme, and through the Church Group Movement “Groupe 40.”
As I grew older, that calling continued through my involvement in non-denominational spiritual groups like "Life in the Spirit Ministry" , where I supported others through teaching and counseling.
Later, as Vice-Chairperson and active member of the Healthcare Christian Fellowship (HCF) Seychelles, I took part in regular hospital visits—lifting the spirits of the sick and dying, and standing alongside those who care for them.
I understand that unsaid, profoundly personal joy in reaching out, showing up, and being part of something greater than yourself—even in those moments when your body is saying “no.”
That’s why I care so much about helping healthcare workers reclaim their energy and restore balance—so they can keep giving from a place of strength, purpose, and inner peace.
