How I offer My Services

Free 15–30 Minute Clarity Session

We begin with a complimentary 15–30 minute Zoom call to explore what you’re looking for and how I can best support you. If we agree it’s a good fit, we’ll book your first appointment and take the next step together.

Tailor-Made Packages

Your care should fit you. That’s why I offer flexible packages tailored to your goals, priorities, and what you’re experiencing right now.

My signature 12-week program is designed especially for healthcare professionals who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or ready to restore their balance.

I also offer 3- and 6-session packages to meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, typically scheduled weekly.

In our final session, we’ll reflect on your progress and decide together the next best step — whether that means celebrating your success, adding extra support, or creating a plan for ongoing growth.

And if you’re not quite ready to commit to a full package, let’s explore whether a single session could be the right starting point for you.

First Appointment

After we complete the simple administrative formalities, we’ll take time to explore what you’re experiencing right now, clarify what you truly want to achieve, and begin gentle, restorative work.

This first session is designed to help you feel heard, supported, and grounded — so you can begin your journey with clarity, confidence, and calm.

Session Format

All sessions are conducted online via live Zoom video.

It’s important that you are in a comfortable space, wearing comfortable clothing, and in a private environment where you will not be interrupted.

If you have a headset, that can be helpful — though it’s not required.

Sessions typically last about 60 minutes. However, please allow an extra 30 minutes so we can move at a relaxed pace and honor whatever unfolds during our time together.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is discussed as we select the package that best meets your needs.

All payments are pre-paid.

Receipts and Insurance

Insurance receipts are provided. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.

We do not offer direct billing.
